All my life I grew up in Dubai, UAE. Had different ambitions like any child, first one being aeronautical engineer. (I love space!). However, as I grew older, I became more interested in software, games, and design.
At the age of 15, I decided to go to boarding school in Bangalore, India. This was perhaps one of the best decisions I've ever made. It not only strengthened and honed several of my skills, I also found some amazing friends who share the same passion and interests. During my high school, I was part of the MUN club and also the Head of creativity working on designing various posters for school events. Had won the Harvard Model Congress award which was held in Dubai.
After high-school I moved to the UK for University. Did a degree in Computer science during which I dabbled in various fields such as software engineerings, game design mainly 3D design. At one point I even considered making game design a full-time career but eventually, it became more of a hobby.
During the pandemic was when I started to explore my strengths and passion. With an understanding in software and a passion for design I discovered Product design. It was the perfect combination all my strengths. Hence began my adventure of Product design and my journey to skill up. While skilling up, I worked as a technical consultant. This was an incredible experience as I was conversing with users of different products on daily basis. I was able to develop a critical eye in identifying improvements in products and also understand user's needs and requirements. I quit the job after year and decided to finally work as a Product designer full time.
In my free time I enjoy playing games and designing 3D environment. Being a huge fan of nature, I try to recreate fantasy environments using unreal engine, blender and substance suite. Some of my favourite games include, Witcher 3, Last of Us and Hogwarts Legacy. During my first year at university, I use to stream on twitch which was a fun way for me to earn and play games at the same time. I also love travelling and hanging out with friends, having visited countries like Turkey, Georgia, and the US.
That's my story so far, but there are more chapters still being written.
